r58com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 in cumulative value.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

r58com accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), online banking transfers, over-the-counter payments, and other methods as specified on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source, minus applicable processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of transaction. r58com reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, particularly for responsible gaming purposes or anti-money laundering compliance.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on r58com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds from a foreign currency account, your financial institution's exchange rate and conversion fees will apply. r58com is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these terms. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-48 hours during Philippine banking hours, depending on your account status and verification level. VIP players may receive expedited withdrawal processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, r58com may require completion of account verification, fulfillment of bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that deposited funds have been wagered at least once (anti-money laundering requirement). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be permitted at r58com's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of PHP 100,000 and a monthly limit of PHP 1,000,000. VIP accounts may have higher limits as specified in their membership tier. r58com reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments or extend processing times for withdrawals exceeding PHP 500,000.

6.1 Bonus Terms

Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all associated funds forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in cheating is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, r58com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the claim.

r58com is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

r58com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon account closure, you forfeit any bonuses and promotional funds. Your deposited balance (minus any outstanding obligations) will be returned to you after completion of necessary verification and compliance procedures.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will have 7 days to withdraw your remaining balance. After this period, any unclaimed funds may be forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding r58com services, please contact our customer support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be governed by Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
